Eventful Bartending

Rebecca and the team served our backyard wedding and she did an amazing job! Very professional, friendly and hard working. Our 110 guests were never left waiting too long for a beverage. Thanks for the efforts guys! Would recommend.

Rebecca and her team served my wedding at Walka Water Works 6/3/2021.Leading up to the wedding Rebecca was extremely helpful with preparations. we had 107 guests at our wedding and none of them were left thirsty.The bar set up was beautiful and the addition of the three drink dispensers was a great idea.thank you for everything and I 100% recommend :)

Exceptional service! Highly recommend!We hired a staff member from Eventful Bartending to serve at our mostly DIY wedding.We had set everything up but provided a list of things that needed doing throughout the afternoon and night including assisting to set up a cheeseboard (we had provided the food), drink service, clearing, topping up of bottles/drink dispensers and set up of a dessert station. Everyone at the wedding has complimented her outstanding service and how she was able to assist us in doing so many things that helped run the evening smoothly!Booking through Eventful Bartending was easy and they were able to provide advice on setting up our bar/drink service area prior to our wedding to make the service efficient and most appropriate for their worker and our guests.

I highly recommend Eventful Bartending!! My partner and I got married in March in the Hunter Valley and Becky and the team did our bartending for our canapés in the afternoon and evening reception. Becky was awesome with communication in the lead up. She answered all of my questions and she was happy to cater for some specific requirements that I had. On the day, the team was friendly, they did an awesome job and kept the drinks flowing! The mock tails were also really appreciated by our non alcohol drinking guests. There is nothing better than knowing your vendors will keep an event running smoothly so you don’t have to think at all. Thanks Becky!

Fabulous experience having Eventful Bartending look after our guests at our home and our recent event. Nothing was too much trouble for Bec, she was so approachable, it was so easy to discuss and plan ideas. Bec also had some fabulous suggestions on how to make our event amazing. Our experience with eventful bartending was nothing short of amazing! We hired them for my 25th birthday and because of them it was one of the best birthdays I’ve had! From the get go the communication was always quick and they were very accomodating to my needs even with my pickiness. Becky and Krystal were great all day, they even helped us play some games during the time they were serving us. They were fast and efficient with the set up and organisation, and absolute goddesses at making cocktails and the service was second to none! All the cocktails were delicious and every single one of our guests complimented on how lovely the girls were and how good the party was! We loved it that much we have already booked another event with them! Thank you so much guys!! Can’t wait to see you again for another great party ❤️
