Dr Gerard is an excellent audiologist. He is kind and compassionate, highly skilled and great at communicating in his assessment and diagnosis. Amidst a challenging time for me in processing some hearing concerns, Dr Gerard took his time with me and was genuinely empathic, which is a special quality in a health care professional. I highly recommend him.

Lovely consulting rooms and care from the team. Modern facility and specialist equipment. Great online pre-registration system saved time, no filling out forms.Parking in the area is a challenge.

My daughters & sons hearing tests went extremely well. Both herself and I were happy with the service & will be returning for the rest of the family. Also the free coffee card went down very well after a big morning and the 30 min drive to the clinic. Thank you for being amazing at your job!
