I recently needed a replacement screen for my iPhone.I called Jessups and spoke to a helpful person who patiently explained the costs and process and offered to do the job same day.I then took my phone to the store and had another positive interaction with a different person who booked in my job and helped me select a phone case.Somewhat anxious about being without my phone, I was thrilled to receive a call from Jessups less than two hours later to say the job was complete and the phone ready for collection.Upon returning to the store I dealt with yet another helpful person and departed with my as new" iPhone.Later that day I noticed the invoice supplied was incorrect but this was quickly rectified and a copy of the correct document received by email.Overall

Oscar provided excellent service. He was able to troubleshoot a solution for my faulty laptop keyboard and then source a replacement part such that it could be installed asap. I was impressed with his expertise and customer support.Thanks Oscar.

At Ridgeline fencing we recently had problems with one of our work phones and not being able to hear the person talking, we called in they fixed the phone in under 15mins and dropped what they were doing to do it ! Exceptional service with out a doubt why would you go elsewhere.

Highly recommend these guys, travelling Oz and my iPhone developed a charging issue, called in and had it fixed immediately and to top the quick and efficient service, I wasn’t even charged for the repair.

My neighbour took my slow 360 touchscreen HP laptop in for me on 16 June 2023. He said Adam was very engaging and gave me a great deal on used ssd drive and extra RAM. He even tidied up my desktop layout and installed all the windows updates after cloning my drive. Adam completed the upgrades by Monday morning. It now performs like a race car and I don't need to buy a new tablet. I hope Adam's friendly, can-do attitude gets recognised as he has cultivated a proponent for the business for life!

Mark and the team are awesome. My partner and I bought a pair of the iPhone12 Pro Max and Mark got them in superfast and had them all set up by midday on the morning of arrival, knowing we were wanting them pre holiday. Because I'm so technology challenged I had issues with my contacts and messaging a couple of days later, but Mark was quick to sort those all out with ease. I can't speak highly enough of these guys.
