Really amazing service and support from Rachel at Ray White Manly. Hands down the best property manager I have ever had. Absolutely lovely to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and her service was incredibly supportive in a tough time when I broke my lease. I have also dealt with Jayde who has been equally as lovely and helpful. I’ve had the privilege of having Rachel as my property manager for 5+ years and I can confirm she is the most incredible property manager I’ve ever dealt with, she’s friendly, professional and leaves no stone unturned. Any issues that arise are promptly dealt with and she always has your back. With Rachel looking after my property I know I don’t have to worry about anything as it’s in good hands.

The team at Ray White Manly were dedicated and worked hard to achieve the best outcome for the sale of our property. John Ford is personable, a good communicator and is a calming influence in what would otherwise have been a stressful experience. John was in regular contact and was timely with market reports and updates. Scott Kelleher is an experienced agent and was an excellent auctioneer on the day. I commend them for their efforts and would not hesitate to offer a high recommendation.

I had my house listed to rent with another agent who insisted I drop the rent despite it being rented for a much higher price in the past. I had spoken with Rachel at Ray White about listing with her but I ended up listing with another agent. Rachel gave me a follow up call to see how things were and advised me not to drop the rent and that she was sure she could find a tenant in 3 weeks. I swapped my listing to Ray White (as agreed with other agent as they were having no success).Sure enough, without dropping the rent she found some tenants within two weeks (who so far have been lovely and look after the house).Rachel has been great to deal with, she keeps me informed of what's happening and is very efficient. I highly recommend Ray White as a Property Manager.
