Absolutely awful experience. Firstly, the place is like a dungeon. Second, the women gave me 10 seconds to get undressed then re entered the room without knocking, leaving me fully exposed. Not only that, many times during the massage I was left on the bed with no covers over me, in the freezing cold.Worst part - the business information on google says “Our experienced therapists are trained in Thai massage, hot stone massage, relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, and Swedish massage techniques, which allows us to tailor each massage session to meet the individual needs of our clients.”However, this is NOT the case!!I got a massage so terrible, with the use of only the women’s forearms and it was fast and not relaxing at all. I stopped her many times and asked for a slow Swedish massage, I said I wanted to relax and to please use her hands.She could not understand a speck of English!She continued on with her shocking massage despite my many attempts for her to do it how I asked.I reached out via phone call and text to discuss it further, as there was no opportunity to do so after as she pushed me out the door! No response at all from the business.

The finest massage that I had ever. The atmosphere in this place is overflowing with calming and peaceful vibe. The massage was to the point as we required and the therapists were the best , they knew what the customer wants and what they are doing. I can’t recommend this spa highly enough. Just go—you deserve it and you won’t regret it.
