Definitely highly recommended APPT, I've only just started not long ago and it's nothing I've ever been too, eveyone is friendly and very welcoming.If anyone is looking for a personal trainer I highly recommend Ben Hall, i have pretty bad knees and in a very short time I feel they have strengthen so much, Ben has also help me gain confidence in moving my knees within my daily activities which i never had before.He is always checking in with me on a weekly bases to make sure I'm reaching my protien, water and fitness goals.Thank you Ben.

Great gym, supportive trainers and well maintained equipment. I love that there is such variety for bootcamps and equipment plus room to do your own workouts. My trainer, Ben, has been fantastic with dealing with my injuries, old joints and general motivation.Highly recomend giving A.P. a go.

Great atmosphere and friendly, supportive staff. There’s a real focus on helping you achieve your personal fitness and nutrition goals. The bootcamps are challenging and cater to a wide range of abilities. Shout out to the awesome trainers that run the sessions I go to regularly, Ben, Rhiannon, Kyle and Lauren, and Ben for making sure I stay on track with my goals. You have all done a wonderful job of making me feel welcome, supported and challenged.

Have the best PT trainer in Ben, he works you hard but very good with communication, checking on you after a session, mindful of problems you can have in your body, nothing is too hard. He is awesome with those who have a disability and those that don’t he is great with all ages as well. A gym you can call home everyone there is so lovely. Highly recommend them. Why don’t you give them a go, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been training with APPT for 2 years now and have seen amazing results in not only myself but other members in the gym. The atmosphere is great, the staff are so friendly and supportive, and you don’t ever feel like you are being judged. My trainer is really supportive and will always follow up which is so great in keeping me accountable. I really enjoy my PT sessions and look forward to meeting my set goals. There is also a great variety of boot camps available each day.

Have to say first that I am NOT a gym person! Not the regular kind anyway. But I LOVE this gym and the PT I've signed up with. I've been plagued with injuries and he has adjusted everything to suit where I'm at so I can rebuild strength in the areas I need it most.I need to stay on top of my mental health to best support others and the options for different bootcamps here, on top of PT, works wonders for me in keeping me mentally and physically strong.I consider my PT, Ben Hall, my friend. He listens. He cares. He always has sound advice and information that's backed up by science.Turns out I might be a gym person after all...thanks to him!
