First National Ettalong Beach

I have moved into a second rental property through GL Jackson. Over the past 14 months the experience has been nothing short of amazing.Through out the moving process they've been extremely helpful and were more than reasonable with the cleaning of previous property. In particular Indiya from the rental team has been extremely helpful and i feel has gone above and beyond to assist with obtaining new property and getting my bond on the previous one.I would highly recommend GL Jackson to anyone looking for a property, the honesty and integrity of the team goes a long way and it is one of the only real estates I've dealt with locally that has made me feel like a human and not just a number.

The experience of putting my home in the hands of First National G L Jackson at Ettalong to sell for me was excellent due to the job done by sales man Matt Reynolds he was always fully equipped with information in all aspects of the job he conducted open home twice with succeeding in a sale fully on the second open home informing me of all activities that occurred from the very beginning of signing up with him very prompt of informing me after open homes and completely through to the end of sale never any problems answering my questions always polite respectful to me answering my questions no matter what.The rest of the employees of GLJackson were also very helpful any time i spoke to them andwould not hesitate recommending Matt Reynolds from G L Jackson First National at Ettalong to any prospective clients. From the moment we rang Brittany and Liz we were impressed with their positive attitude and the whole sales campaign went off without a hitch. We just followed their expert advice and what they said the would achieve on day one was achieved in a very short time...... twice! (one purchaser did not complete)

My employee had a terrible experience with one of the property managers here.I had my employee come to the office to pick up keys for a property to fix up the cleaning that was done previously, only for her to be ridiculed by one of the property managers. She was trying to do her job to collect keys and fix up a few hairs that were left and a little dust only to be humiliated by this team member. It was disgusting behaviour and I am appalled that my employee was subjected to this treatment. I would never treat any of my employees like this let alone another human being.

First National G.L.Jackson were most helpful in the sale of my Ettalong property . Always ready to answer questions relating to the sale ,notified of proposed inspections ,left identification of agent conducting inspection , always cheery and polite . Both Tony and Liz were extremely professional, helpful, tenacious and committed to achieving a sale for me at the best possible price in a downward spiraling market. They kept me updated at all times by email which was very important as I have moved to the UK. I especially appreciated their attention and care to the maintenance / appearance of the property as I was not in a position to check it.

I couldn’t recommend these guys more!! Even though they were obviously representing the seller, l found them really helpful, professional and non-pushy, which is a refreshing change from some agents I have dealt with. Matt was punctual, pleasant and personable from the get-go with no change in his demeanour from when we first looked at the house to inspections after we had paid our deposit.
