National Storage Caloundra, Sunshine Coast

My partner and I are building a house so naturally it was a really stressful time! The service and product the team provide are superior and second to none. They allowed us to use the truck - free of charge & were really flexible with our full time working schedule! The costs were reasonable and the storage sheds were clean and easy to access - Would highly recommend!

Great facilities, security and staff!I used Enterprise SSS for the last couple of years.The place is always immaculate, the service is professional and spot on.They went out of they're way to keep you informed of any changes to routine, and helped me whenever I asked.The free trailer and tailgate lift truck made moving so much easier.Thank you for all you did.

This place makes everything super EASY!! Perfect for moving house or just cleaning it like we did.Free trailer and truck hire - I personally borrowed the trailer twice for it was a good size and was so easy to book it on the day.There are lifts and trolleys to make moving stuff even easier. We literally only carried furniture from our home into the trailer .. the rest was taken care of by the trolley and the lift at the storage facility.The service is friendly, the place is exceptionally clean and secure, complementary rat sack, the price was exceptional (2nd month free) and pro rata and compared to other storage places - there are absolutely no worries at all.Thanks guys. We bought about $100 worth of plastic storage bins from them, and they're so brittle, they break and crack far too easily, and if you stack them, forget it. I called and told them about it, but their attitude was, not our problem". Finally someone called me back

To end the storage lease was a nightmare. They took money for the month and wouldn't refund it. The lift was out of order multiple times to access my belongings. Poor after hours contact service.

Christine and the Team at Caloundra National Storage have been brilliant! They have bent over backwards to help us- the storage (we felt) was better than advertised- it was clean, easy access and good security. The customer service was A1- friendly, really helpful and good, clear communication. I cannot thank both Keith and Karen enough for their exceptional and personalised service. It is rare these days to come across people in the service industry, that actually care about their customer's needs. Keith and Karen have always exceeded expectation. Their facility is clean, tidy, secure and extremely well managed. I will certainly be recommending anyone requiring storage, to go straight to Enterprise Street Self Storage, Caloundra.

We have used Enterprise on many occasions they are excellent. Facilities spotlessly clean and secure it is so easy to move all your items both heavy or otherwise as they have a good lift and trolleys if your locker is located on the first floor. They also have the use of a trailer and truck couldn't be easier. Other than that the proprietors Keith and Karen are a pleasure to do with. No hesitation in using them again highly recommended.

Without a doubt one of the best places for customer service and value I've experienced in the last ten years. The storage complex has been designed intelligently and is maintained to the highest level. All the staff I've dealt with have been conscientious and accommodating and helpful. I've had many reasons to thank them for going out of their way to make things easier for us.

Local staff are great but once unit was rented, within a year price went up by over 20% when I went back onto web site I could rent same unit on same floor for original price. They increase your rent because they know most people don't want to have to move all their stuff to new unit. I complained but they told me to rent a new unit as they would not match cheaper price
