This company deserves the highest of praise. Its hard to find a company with good customer service let alone exceptional. Communication was next level! All promises met and delivered on time. Its seems odd to commend a company for doing what they said they would but that doesn't happen often these days.

Fantastic customer service and fast delivery! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy their outdoor furniture online. We ordered on Sunday evening and it was delivered by Wednesday with personal updates throughout the process. We love our new furniture and looks even better in person!

Lovely staff & great service, but terrible product. The cushions are of such bad polyester quality, you slide off the couch. We’ve given the whole set away and had to purchase another entire suite elsewhere. Check it out in person rather than just buying online, my mistake.

So happy I found Outdoor Gallery online. Living in FNQ it's hard to find good quality outdoor settings which are stylish yet don't break the bank. We saw an outdoor setting we liked, called Outdoor Gallery to discuss and within minutes we'd made our decision and bought it over the phone. Ali was very helpful, he gave us all the delivery info needed and kept in touch to let us know our outdoor setting, which was coming from overseas, was on schedule. The outdoor setting itself is fabulous, very happy with it and not something we could find locally. Thank you Outdoor Gallery, we won't hesitate to recommend you.
