I have been to Amy a few times now as part of the recovery component in my training schedule. Amy is an excellent masseuse, finds and releases all the sore spots in my body and keeps me moving. I have mentioned specific areas of trouble for me over the years which she remembered and tailors the massage to what I need. Thanks Amy
