We recently had trouble on Synergy website to link accounts. It was nightmare. Then lucky we go through via phone for support. The lady name was Beverly. We rang late just before 5 pm. It was a great surprise to have professional customer service. I know many people write only about complaints, AND this was OUTSTANDING SUPPORT. I wish every person who is in need of support could receive the same customer's service that was given to us by Beverly. We would like to thank you for employing people like Beverly. The world would be a greater place if anyone in supports team for various companies had knowledge, compassion, patience and ethics Beverly displayed during our conversation. I understand that life is not easy to support sometimes frustrated customers, and it is hard job, hence I have to say this - people like Beverly standing out! Thank you again for solving our problem. Sometimes it is not just service or products that matters - but support people receive in hard situations and it is up to people how things are handled. We were lucky! Nowadays usually standard of support is very poor in various organisations.

If I could give minus 100 i would but that would be racist.My bills have suddenly spiked from $200 per month to between $500 and $1200 with no explanation.I checked to see if neighbors are stealing power but i could not find cables connecting my power to my neighbors house. This means Synergy is doing something wrong or there are illegal activities going on at their end.They are illegally funding Ukraine war by shafting West Australians with dodgy bills.

These guys really don't even work hard for their 1 star... as long as one has no other option but synergy- average to mediocre is what you get. Customer service soon to be AI service = improvement

2 hours of my life lost on the phone to these incompetent monkeys because they failed to correctly set up a direct debit, affecting my eligibility for HUGS. Never received a letter, never received an email. Your company LIES. You are a scourge on everybody. Utter rip-off pricing, destroying lives.

We came home from 2 weeks out at work and after returning from night shift we find that our electric had been turned off with no email or call to let us know. The real annoying part as well for us was that Synergy made the mistakes and put a different number on our street instead of our house number and also they had the wrong house in there details even after we called them before we left for work because we had a note saying the connection was going to be disconnected and they said all was fine nothing to worry about. So $500 worth of food from in the fridge and freezer had to go in the bin because it was all rotten. Even getting so annoyed at them they still wont install our electricity for another 2/3 days.

total disaster with customer service. they charged small businesses ruthlessly. zero support to genuine reasons. their system is accurate with opening new accounts but not with closing account because they keep charging for supply even if you live there or not. and owners of the premises can get away with free electricity supply on ex tenant's money.

Having no choice but to use synergy is extortion.. there's no pretty way to say it and the overwhelming amount of bad reviews holds truth to that fact. If there was ever place where power should be cheap it's australia and yet here we are being gouged and handed solar rebates as a constellation... it only works if your using power during the day and everyone is out working to pay for this manure pit.

I moved house and a new tenant moved in. The account wasnt closed and they stole electricity from me for 21 days. Synergy say theres nothing they can do. At a time of need for people they wipe their hands. ATROCIOUS

Seriously getting stuffed around by you lot over the last month. We need alternative electricity providers in WA as synergy is subpar;from ineffective, inaccurate communication to multiple careless errors in credit and debit of accounts. Get some safeguards & accountability in place and quit stuffing your customers around.
