I've been here a few times and love the place, service provided is like being at home. Clean amenities shop is always stocked. The fule is a little over, but it's clean, so I don't mind paying a little more for quality. Keep up the good work.

I ordered breakfast for both myself and my son to have a breakfast together and they conveniently forget my breakfast. My son was almost finished his when I decided to go and ask for mine. Instead of apologising for the mistake all they could tell me was it wasn't on the docket, well i thought to myself it was on the docket when I paid for it. So they proceeded to search thru the bins for the docket wasting more time instead of just fixing my order. My son had well and truly finished his by the time they started cooking mine. When it was finally brought out all I got was a quick sorry about that, no compensation or anything to make up for the time lost and the fact that we had to watch each other eat. They could hav at least offered my son a free drink or something while he was waiting for me. So disappointed in the service these days. Use to be a very nice place and the service was great. Now they treat people like they are a hassle to serve and I have witnessed their rudeness to certain customers at times. Such a shame I use to love coming here for breakfast lunch or dinner as I only live down the road. Have had a few people in my area say the same thing so I thought I would give it a go for breakfast and the word if mouth going around seems to be correct. They have lost their customer service with the way they treat people. Hire people who appreciate their job. I know plenty of people that would love a job and would be great at it.

It is a very large service centre focussed on trucks. There is free overnight parking for vans and caravans. No tents! The service centre has great food available. On the edge of Townsville heading south, I highly recommend this place as a fuel and food stop.

Burger was freshly made and delivered to the table, amenities were clean, staff are super friendly. Will definitely call again.

My only gripe,Since when do you wakk up aramp getting into a raised shower, ??Decent tucka, good people

I genuinely hope the staff here feel proud. I have visited this truckstop a few times on my night shift weeks and I honestly have to say the service, atmosphere, food, AND the food quality are absolutely outstanding. These pictures are at 10pm at night random walk in. This is truly amazing food especially for the price. Well done guys.

When your meal gets forgotten and you ask about it. Finally it comes out cold in the middle...

Got a burger and chips just now and the meat patty was cold and raw in the middle. Maybe it was frozen when it was put on the hot plate because the outside looked ok

The place and facilities are really nice for a free spot but the lady that was working when I was there for a night was really rude and she made every backpackers wait for a really long time while almost every showers were free. She was also discriminating backpackers in front of other customers. Very unprofessional.
