Easy purchase in an amazing area!! Special thanks to Trang who has been very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. She was very transparent and guided us in making the right choice. The maples, Greenvale was my only choice due to the amazing designs and conditions that will make this an amazing area to live in.

We were visiting a neighbouring estate to look at land and thought we'd pop by The Maples on our way home. We'd briefly looked at it online but felt it was a little further out of the city than we were looking. We pulled into neat streets lined with trees and clearly marked blocks of land. While onsite we phoned and Trang helped us immediately, emailing us all of the information we needed... We fell in love with a handful of blocks and knew we'd found our 'forever'.Every step of the way Trang has been amazing! She replies to emails at all hours, clearly explains all correspondence and has had regular contact with our builders, helping them with any questions. Trang has been faultless and her communication early in the process got us across the line with the sale of the land.I'd give 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

We have originally planed to buy in Bonds street Greenvale and later settled in Maples and extremely happy with the selection due to the premium streets cape/ topography and neighborhood it offers compared with other estates.We are really happy with the service of estate manager Trang Lee and her personalize support. She makes all difficult situations simple and given generous/prompt support when we need it.We have done our final selection after carefully study of all new estates at Melbourne North & west and can recommend the Maple as the premium neighborhood/topography you can find within 25k of Melbourne CBD.

Unprofessional, deceiving and short sited.Sales are just done on Commission based with builders .You have to have fast internet to access registration site to be able to purchase land in this development as told to me by the sales agent and also special consideration are given to special buyers.
