Poor customer service received from Jinal. False advertisement. Paid $4.7 for mothers energy drink despite advertising clearly for $2.2. Their reasoning was because we received 4cents discount, the $2.2 offer isn't valid??? Maybe state that in your promo sticker next then...likewise with the mentos, we got charged full price despite it saying $1 with any DRINK purchase. The lady then told us, the offer is only valid if we purchase chips or other snacks...we weren't going to bother arguing with her so we asked for a refund and was happy for them to take the 4 cent discount off as well however it took longer than expected as she had to call her boss and when she gave the money back she said I'm giving you the 4 cent discount cos you're holding up the line" it was more of the fact that she didn't know how the process the refund properly.I would've been totally fine with a refund and no discount but she made me feel like she was doing me a favour even tho I was charged incorrectly."

I filled up with fuel & asked if I could get cash out & I was told that I could only get out $50, so I said, no worries because they had an ATM. So I got my money from the ATM which gave me 2 x $50 notes & I wanted to change one of the $50 notes into 2 x $20 & 2 x $5 notes, and even though I asked multiple times, the guy kept asking me what I wanted...even the guy behind me told him too. In the end, I was so frustrated that I snatched back my money & left, because I was trying to get to work.

Cheapest fuel around & plenty of bowsers. Staff friendly & helpful & eager to please. ⛽️

Always cheap fuel! Competitive. Especially if you have to do tip runs.. it's just a stop on the way. Service is excellent and pumps are always clean.

Staff are not the friendliest, but fuel prices can be very low. Cheaper than 4 cent a litre discount fuel outlets.

No toilet although advertised, 4c off per L if you buy $5 worth of stuff instore - useless unless you needed something as 50L x 4c = about $2

Love the petrol here apparently Mobil, my car runs so we'll after filling here, I can notice the difference. Friendly staff, clean shop. A must when visiting Durack. Prices very competitive often lower than many in the area.

Fair price for fuel, mechanic on site, ice, swap n go gas, usual pies/ drinks/snacks.Located on a busy intersection but easy to access.Next to Aussie seafood house.
