Staff are obviously mistreated and under trained by the rude and disgruntled manager who seems like he wants to leave as soon as possible. All the food seems to be frozen and/ or microwaved. The whole store is dirty and I would not recommend eating here

Been a fan of Harry’s and used to frequent other outlets in Woolloomooloo, Tempe, city and Liverpool. This one by far has the lowest standards. I’ve ordered from here a few times and food is always cold and it just doesn’t taste quite right. Nothing like Harry’s :(

This location (Pennant Hills) is is very poor.I ordered it twice (in case the first was a dud) - pies, sausage rolls, pasties, hot dogs and it was all stale and like microwaved frozen supermarket quality.

Worst store ever.poor customer service. Owner with the name Raj is rude not only with customers but his own employees too. Super abusive towards employees. I could see how petrified one of his employees was of even speaking.

Ordered 1x pie and 1x hotdog. The pie was okay, but the hotdog was definitely no go. The hotdog and the bread was cold and below average. I wouldn’t recommend the hotdog to anyone.

I wished we had checked the review before deciding to eat here. Ordered the signature tiger pie, the mushy pea and mash potato were at room temperature, the mushy pea also had a strong frozen pea taste that tasted stale and I could not even finish the small sized pie. I am seriously worried about getting food poisoning. The staff was zombie like when waiting for us to order, expressionless, with no eye contact nor did they greet us.Similar to the other comments, we also used to love Harry's at different location and this was the first time we brought our children for the experience, unfortunately it will be the last time last as well, with so many other options available, I don't see this store surviving much longer. If Harry's do not monitor the qualities of their franchisees then the damages done to the brand will be irreversible, such a pity for a brand which used to be well loved by many.Though I feel bad for the owners because no one wants their investment to do bad, but if there are still so many negative reviews being left after offering to investigate further, then perhaps not much care has been given by the owners.

Ordered two hot dogsThe hot dogs were ice cold.Pulled the hot dog out and tried to eat it with the peas and chill but just couldn't.Nothing like the hot dogs iv had at other locations.

Got a pulled beef roll. Roll was small, cold and doused in tomato sauce and the beef had a strange taste and some rock solid chunks in it.

Ordered a Cafe de wheel's. That was fine. Then ordered some chips. They forgot the order. We were the only customers in the shop. We asked for a refund after waiting 20 mins without hearing anything then finding out they forgot to start cooking. Gave the refund back but didn't even apologise.
