We used Premium Bus Services travelling to Sydney airport and returning home. Great communication. Comfortable mini bus with plenty of room for our luggage. Our driver Ray was on time and friendly. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Premium Bus Services enough. We had booked a mini bus to transport 8 of us down to Sydney airport and from the initial contact I had with Tina, everything was super seamless, professional, affordable and easy. We found out 24 hours before departure that our flight had been cancelled and had to bring our flight forward by half a day and Tina and Graham were more than happy to accommodate that change at the very last minute which was so comforting in an already stressful situation. My husband and I used Premium Bus service from Sydney airport back to Newcastle. The driver was prompt, very friendly and drove safely the Van was clean and very comfortable 5 stars isnt high enough for this fantastic and reliable service.

We used Premium Bus Services recently for our cruise out of Sydney. Service was excellent, on time and very friendly, with Michelle taking us to the cruise terminal and Grahame bringing us back. Grahame was able to dodge the traffic jam on the M1 to pick us up on time.Would highly recommend.

Premium Bus Services were great.Troy picked me up from the Overseas Terminal in Cicular Quay on time and whisked me home . No hassles at all. Troy dealt with the school holiday traffic easily , and the country road I live on. Helped me with my bags, was friendly and helpful.I will certainly use Premium Bus services again.A perfect end to a great holiday .

We started our journey with being transferred from Newcastle to Overseas Passenger Terminal to join the Pacific Adventurer. I hadn’t used Premium Bus Services previously however they were recommended by a colleague. It was a private transfer and could not fault them! The booking and transfer service was seamless. Our driver was Ray and he reconfirmed our transfer time 2 days prior and arrived 10 min early to the pickup time. He also had no issue with stopping at the Hawkesbury River rest stop at short notice when a passenger needed to stretch due to getting a cramp. I will absolutely be using them again for my next cruise in December⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the best transfer service I ever used. Effective communicating via email. Great support from staff when my flight backed to Aus delayed 24hrs, then delayed another 3hrs. I would like to deeply thank Tina, Michelle and Ray. They understood my situation and worked well as a team to bring me back home. Ray has been in the car at the airport waiting from 1pm to 5:30 pm while I was sitting 3hrs on the plane last Thurs. My plane landed in Sydney at 1pm, 1 hour late, and held customers on the plane for 3hrs as there was no bay for them to drop customers off. I was very nervous as I had nearly 80kg luggages and my mom. It was a heavy rain day in Sydney as well. However, all the staff said they would wait and bring me back home. They really did their best and I appreciated them deeply for their kind service on that miserable day. Book this service and go for holiday! You will never regret!

Highly recommended. Driver was lovely and engaging and patient - there were 11 of us. I shopped around and Premium Bus Services were fantastic price wise as well.
