I ordered architraves from the shop and informed that material will be picked up at 9am on Saturday-morning. On reaching the place material was not available. Guy over there mentioned that his father took material in the car and will come in 1 or 2 hrs. On mentioning that this attitude is unprofessional, salesperson feeling was hurt and he denied delivering material. I believe he should start doing some other job rather than sitting in some construction related work.

Wish I could give 0 stars, the son was very rude, and was not helpful, we were willing to buy a few doors and skirting boards, but will no longer be buying, absolutely no help and respect completely arrogant and rude, would not bother comming here

They have attitude problem, which usually comes when your business is drowning and you are stressed, order them 66cm architraves quantity 44 ,2 days ago and paid them full in advance, committed that we will pickup on Saturday 9 am when they will open.when we turn up to get it, they dont have it and telling us it is in my father van

Bad experience won’t be ever coming back, bought 5 doors from them and had them installed by the shop owner only to notice a crack in one of the doors, contacted him to come back he took he door to repair it instead of replacing it and upon coming back to install it again he started becoming very aggressive towards my mum when she questioned him as to how the crack happened, I had to threaten to call police, his son had to pulled him away! Never experienced such an aggressive business owner and especially to an old woman!!!!
