Have sent our dogs their in the past with no problems, however with the visit last week our dogs now have kennel cough. Not very impressed. A very expensive trip to the vets

My dog was healthy and happy when I picked him up, if I owned a place like this I’d be more friendly and have a personality. Regardless my dog was looked after from what I can see so that’s the main thing.

I rang to inquire about my girl and the lady on the phone was so rude. If that’s how they speak to you, how do they treat the animals. Be great if the owner of this place could actually read some of these reviews as there appears to be a common thread with one lady.

Excellent caring Business. Can't start to to write how impressed I am of the love, care and helpful staff that work at Jack's K9. They are very hard workers and LOVE ❤️ what they do. I would recommend them to anyone. Well done all.

My dog got sick too after boarding here for just 2 days. Do not recommend here. If they can maintain more standard here it would be really beneficial for all.

My cat cat came home full of flees and very upset she got sicker and couldn't eat and started drooling blood, we had to have her put down. She was vet checked before she went there and we were told she was in good health. Wouldn't go there with any o t her pet.

Seriously love this place. My pup Ian LOVES coming for daycare. Such great friendly staff. He's always so excited when he gets out of the car and realises where we are. I hand him off to the staff and he doesn't look back, he's ready to play! And always happy and contented at the end of the day at pickup time. Very reasonably priced. And who can resist the gorgeous photos! I'll be coming back for as long as I live in the area.

Very disappointed felt like we were talked down to from lady behind counter then when we went to pick our pup up where charged $36 more than quoted. When we where reunited with our pup he smelt of urine and then became sick with kennel cough 4 days later and when we contacted them about it they weren’t very interested and told us to just get some cough medicine for him. $300 vet bill later and not very happy
