Real pleasure to deal with! Very friendly service, right on time, quick and professional installation. Very pleased. And manufactured from components here in Australia, so delivery time is waaay shorter than with large companies, i.e. ~2 weeks, not 2-3 months.

Okay service by quality of product not as expected. Purchased timber look venetian blinds in October 2021. Presales service and installation were good and the price comparable, however, the quality of the product was not as expected. The pellment was a very bad design and fell down on the first use, damaging our newly polished floor boards. Company was quick to respond but solution less than adequate.

Just wanted to thank ShadeCo for our privacy screen - it does exactly what we wanted, so we can see out across the district in one direction but it's completely blocked when looking straight out at the neighbour's window. Team was a pleasure to work with, great quality product, thank you!
