Wow... this shop shocked me .... what a massive range of stock... seems to be spread over three smaller shops all joined together...very polite and helpful staff... prices very reasonable too.

Appalling service...I saw how a friend was treated from this owner...it makes me wonder how people can actually do business when they have such an arrogant attitude to customer service. I would not ever use this Company.

Avoid shopping here!! Disgusting customer service.If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered an item for my sister’s 21st birthday and after it had not been shipped for a few days I had emailed twice and no response so I called only to be spoken to so rudely by the staff and they even were talking rudely about me to other staff members when they put the phone down when they thought I couldn’t hear them. All I was asking was for a refund as I’m my item still hadn’t been shipped days after paying for it, and I no longer needed as I had gotten it elsewhere. When I said something about hearing what the staff were saying about me all I got was another staff member say “Well it wasn’t me who said that”, no apology at all. They told me their store owner was away and that they’d call me back. No response so I had to email again and after finally hearing from the store owner, she had told me that they never received my payment, in which I sent multiple screenshots of my payment as proof. Days later, no response. The owner finally got back to me and apparently sent me my refund, which a week later and still have not seen this back in my account, so I don’t even think she sent it. And no apology for how I was mistreated.Good luck maintaining a small business if you treat your customers so poorly and obviously the rudeness of the store owner rubs off on the employees too. I’ve worked in retail for over 7 years so I know how it is, but I’ve never mistreated a paying customer like this.And you’d think for a party shop, they’d be a lot nicer than this lol

The item I was looking at on the online store was showing in stock but it wasn’t available in store. They have a great range of party supplies.

Great service in the shop and via the phone. Each time I’ve arranged celebration balloons; smiling, happy and helpful staff have put together colourful creations that matched my requests.
