Today I was served by a lovely lady named Luljeta. She made me feel really welcome in the store; I haven’t experienced that kind of customer service in a long time. She was kind, lively and demonstrated exceptional product knowledge, especially in relation to the Bosch vacuums. Thanks Luljeta!

Incompetent staff. Bought a $600 vacuum cleaner for click and collect online. Collected a dusty, damaged display stock without being informed that i would be given display stock. Have to wait 5 days to get my money back. “Staff” completely incompetent. Go to literally any other store except this one. The only thing more disgusting than their stock is their customer service.. or lack there of. Terrible experience. I opened this thing on my sofa, spilling dust as I opened it. Now I have to get my sofa cleaned as I do not know what could have come from this wretched store.

I bought a new fridge for my first appartment, upon purchasing I asked the salesperson if I would have to pay extra to get it delivered up the stairs (my kitchen is on the second floor) and they said no it's fine". The delivery driver came yesterday and brought my fridge inside and said they had given me standard delivery

Exceptional customer service from Tom, he answered all questions regarding a purchase we wanted to make and helped us decide which TV is most suitable for our living room. Checked in with us a few weeks later to see if we were happy with the purchase. Highly recommend!!

I had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from Darnell at The Good Guys. Their demeanor was extremely professional and their readiness to assist, coupled with superb communication skills made the experience particularly impressive. They also displayed an admirable ability to find compromises when necessary which contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere of the store. I want to thank Darnell for all their efforts in making my visit fulfilling.

Went to the store yesterday arvo at approx 2:30pm.I browsed the printer section and kept an eye out for any staff with no luck. I went up to the registers and asked for some assistance and the lady used their internal communication microphone to ask someone comeover to the printer section.I waited a further 5-10 mins and noone came.I went across the road to JB who were very helpful and had plenty of staff and walked out with not only the printer I wanted but also a Samsung tablet.

Just wanted to give a massive shout out to Pravina who provided some amazing customer service! My parents needed to furnish their whole place so she was very helpful in helping furnish pretty much the whole place by providing some great recommendations. Her product knowledge is amazing!
