Alena needs to work on her customer service. And watching her respond to customers on FB groups is appalling too. Rude, defensive and abrupt when a question is asked or someone’s unhappy

After passing the 45 minutes information sessions and them calling us saying either go on our website or come to the place to enroll you child, we've had no luck. We went all the way there just for them to say go and we will be in contact. Such a waste of time and energy. And they never answer the phone.

My kids learned to swim at Aquatots, BIG thanks! Tots to Squad to Instruction, that's some pedigree! Great learning environment. Learning to swim is a fundamental skill and the Aquatots crew are simply awesome.

The WORST customer service. Kids love their instructors - Kudos to them. But the management and CS is terrible. Didn't receive COVID closure refunds for 6+ months. No support for make-up bookings. No proper feedback on kids progress.

My daughter has been attending Aquatots at Gold Creek since the start of this year. She absolutely loves it and the teachers she has had so far have been fantastic. No complaints here but compliments. We have found everyone to be friendly and my daughter is keen each week for her next swimming lesson.

The customer service offered at aquatots is appalling. Tried to cancel our classes and got called liars by Alena the manager. Don't make the mistake of ever signing up for this scam. Classes are also very half-hearted. It is beyond me how this place got to 4.5 stars.

Aquatots offers excellent swimming facilities across canberra to it's customers.My 8 and 6 year old kids can't wait for their swimming classes each weekend. They are learning quickly thanks to their helpful staff.They will sent through a message if the instructor is not available for their class in advance and will arrange for a replacement instructor for that session.Kids also get a nice certificate when they graduate a swimming level.
