Our heartfelt gratitude to Abegail for her exemplary assistance and support to our family. We have the Visitor Cover and were unfamiliar with the system. However, her pleasant demeanor quickly made us feel welcome and comfortable. She was knowledgeable and thorough with our queries. Afterwards, she patiently walked us through the process we need to do in the app. and explained as well all its features. We left the shop at peace and satisfied. We will definitely stay with Bupa for the rest of our visit.

I had a fantastic experience at BUPA Macquarie Center.I was attended to by Ms Abegail (Abby). She was throughly professional. I had a particular issue which resulted me having to pay more in premium unfortunately.However Abby called me a few days later (without me requesting) and told me she was taking up my matter with her management to see if she could bring down the extra premium that I had to otherwise pay, no promises of course. I was already very grateful for this.A few weeks later today, Abby called me to inform me that she was successful in getting me the lower premium.I was absolutely thrilled at this news.Abby went out of her way when she didn’t have to, to raise my matter and got me the lower premiums.I will always remain grateful to Abby and BUPA for this and will be their loyal customer.BUPA should really be proud of an employee like Abby who does what businesses look for - to attract and retain consumers by delighting them.Thank you Abby and BUPA Macquarie Centre.

Abbey at Maquarie Centre is by far the most professional, knowledgeable , caring and extremely patient customer representative I have ever experienced. After 30 years of private health insurance with a few different companies , I can highly recommend going with Bupa.
