One Yoga
My mum and I have been attending One Yoga classes with Reiku for years. Options are always given with different poses depending on the individual and their personal needs. We can go at our own pace, and there is a good balance between doing familiar poses, and doing new things. I have done a couple of classes with Nadine as well, and these are also fantastic. I walk away feeling really good about myself. I highly recommend One Yoga to anyone who may be nervous about trying yoga due to factors such as their age or weight, because anyone can participate in these classes regardless of their physical ability.
