Went there to get RWC today.My car was immaculate and came back with flying colors.I went there when my car was scheduled but they didn't have it ready it. So they delivered it at my doorstep later that evening- no extra charge.That's how good of a customer service they have!

Took my car in for a service & everything went well.Very friendly staff, they contacted me with updates before conducting any changes that needed to be done. Turn around time was good, honest work & reasonable pricingOverall I will definitely be coming back.

I used to go to GN works for my car service and other car works. They had done timing chain for my car which is diesel car. When i get my dashboard warning but i have to go india i went to india my cousin went to GN WORKS and they said like we are not doing anything for diesel car work.Before they are doing everything like services and timing chain work. They used poor QUALITY and without DPF engine oil for my car.

Extremely Dissatisfying Experience - Incompetence and Poor Customer ServiceI recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this car workshop, and I feel compelled to share my frustrations. I initially visited the workshop for a general service, highlighting a coolant leak issue. Shockingly, they charged me $800 and replaced a few parts, assuring me that the issue is resolved. Little did I know that this was merely the start of a series of mishaps and disappointments.Shortly after the service, I noticed smoke billowing from the bonnet, which immediately raised concerns. I promptly returned to the workshop, seeking an explanation and resolution. To my surprise and dismay, the staff dismissed my worries and insisted that there was no cause for alarm, advising me to continue driving. Deeply skeptical of their response, I decided to investigate further on my own. To my dismay, I discovered coolant leaking from the radiator, a problem that they had conveniently overlooked during their initial assessment.In utter frustration, I had no choice but to have my car towed back to the workshop when it broke down in the middle of the road the next day. This time, they claimed to have replaced the radiator. However, even after this supposedly repair, my car still refuses to start properly. When I reached out to inquire about the persisting issue, they simply instructed me to bring the car back in.What truly astounds me about this workshop is their unparalleled level of incompetence and lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they repeatedly attempted to shift the blame onto me, adding insult to injury. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge their errors are absolutely infuriating.Considering the additional cost of the radiator, which they quoted at $400, the total expense of $1200 makes this experience even more disheartening. As a former regular customer, I expected better treatment and competent service.Given the workshop's disregard for customer satisfaction, their inability to resolve issues, and their overall incompetence, I strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking a more reliable and customer-oriented car workshop elsewhere.

Very professional and experienced mechanics, great customer service experience and they are very pocket friendly. Highly recommend for servicing and any other repairs and needs.

Cannot recommend highly enough. They are the best and friendliest people I have met in this industry. They will always find a slot for urgent and emergency repairs and put you first based on type repair. Never had to wait longer then the scheduled time of appointment.Many things like random checks of a fault or a quick consult on the phone given complimentarily. Not at all money minded when most in this Business I have met are.Most reasonable price for labour and service in the town. I have three cars and all go to them for any repairs to scheduled service. Highly recommended!!
