SWF is a great, afford gym with perfect location. Everything you need. Has experienced and knowledgeable trainers who are always happy to help out and have a chat. Sean and the team create the best environment. Highly recommend

The staff could be friendlier. I’ve been going to this gym 3 to 4 times a week (generally when it’s attended) for almost 6 months. The staff don’t say hello or goodbye unless prompted. Even when you’re the only person in the place they will walk directly past you without any form of acknowledgement. Also, they tend to pick and choose who they talk to rather than treating all members equally. I’m not interested in personal training sessions, however since joining in January, no staff member has asked me if I’m satisfied with my program or if I would like to have it reviewed. I asked about this several weeks into my training but there has been no followup. A cheery “Good morning” or “Hi” on arrival as a basic courtesy would be a great place to start. If nothing else, I hope to see some positive change in this regard.

Fun place to get what you need done but those machines are really old and some basic equipment like a wall ball or a skipping rope with 2 handles is missing. I bring my own skipping rope. Assualt bike never turns on and the left side staggers. Rower always says battery flat. Good for free weightsStaff won't talk to you and it's just dirty. Check out the toilets with no toilet paper. I get told gym equipment is 5 tears old. Have a look. It's 40 years old. Don't try the assault bike, it's broken on the left side
