A Mano is a lovely florist shop. I lived in the area and supported this shop for years. Sad to say very disappointed with an arrangement i ordered to be delivered for my sisters Birthday in lockdown in Aged Care. I wanted an Aust native a rrangement. I spoke to the manager showed her banskias on display and kangaroo paws. Got neither . I got 1 bansksia , periwinkles , a dusbud chysie , a sml spay of chysies, open roses mostly pinks!! looked like it was left overs after the weekend. When i took a phtoto to the manager (who took the order) she just said she didnt do it. My point is the manager did not write enough information on the docket so not the makers fault .All she wrote was no artifical flowers. A real lack 9f communication. Was not offered any compensation or even apology.

The workers were so nice and attentive. I met one of the owners and she was such a joy to meet . I bought flowers as a gift and my friend absolutely loved them . Will be coming back again .

I received a photo from from my co-sister-in-law who received your Grande Stylish White Hatbox today. She was absolutely blown away as was my brother-in-law!Thank you so very much! I love that I have found a local florist to our family overseas who is as wonderful and talented as you, as I have always found it to be a hit-and-miss affair sending flowers. We will certainly be using you again in the future!!

We used A Mano florist for my daughter’s wedding in December and were so disappointed with the arrangements provided. We asked for natives, upright, rustic. The arrangements we were given had only one native flower in them – the Geraldton Wax. When we contacted them on the Monday following the wedding requesting a partial refund as we could not use the flowers because they did not meet the brief, the company refused to refund any of the money we had paid them. Would never use them again and would not recommend them at all for any big events where the flower arrangements matter and the wrong arrangement can make a big impact on the day. Below is the flowers – the last three are what we requested, the first two are what was provided. So disappointed, not just in the flowers but in their refusal to meet us half way in coming to a resolution that satisfied both us as the customers and them as the suppliers.

Ordered the Love Berry Hurricane jar for the wife and she absolutely loved them and the jar they came in, beautiful flowers well presented. Thank you will definitely be using your services again

Was incredibly disappointed with my wedding flowers ordered from here. Experience started off promising as their floral designer for events is so lovely but a major lack of communication between other staff was a real issue. What we received on the day did not meet the brief at all, to the point the flowers weren't usable and we had to seek other options on the morning of the wedding. Customer service from the owners was horrible with no attempts to meet us half way.

A Mano florals supplied the flowers for our wedding day and we couldn’t be happier! Penny was so lovely and easy to work with in the lead up to the big day and absolutely nailed it! Our flowers were perfect, absolutely stunning! Couldn’t recommend A Mano more.

Looking for flowers for my daughter's wedding cake. Amazing service from both the Karrinyup and Whitfords stores. So helpful and their sense of colour and form made the process fun and very satisfying. Thanks so much ladies. I'll definitely be back.

Amazing products, and the customer service was lovely. Ordered a corsage at the very last minute and staff were wonderful about it, the corsage turned out beautifully.
