Had my appointment today at 8:20. No delays very friendly staff and so gentle no pain. Amazing, thank you!

The facility is hidden and has alot of old people and sometimes crackheads. The doctors told me that there is a year waiting line for my wisdom teeth removal. During that time all the old people in the waiting line will die before they can get their teeth repaired. Hence why there are alot of old people because they had to wait 500 years for their appointment.

Been with them for 10 years then.....Waited 7 yrs for a check up and clean, then got kicked off the waiting list...now 11 yrs later still unable to get back on the que ! On a Disability Pension but the Government doesn't care :(

I wish you could give zero stars ! This has been a totally frustrating experience . Of the five phone calls I have made to the centre ( the shortest being 56 minute wait and the longest 95 minute wait ) three were timed out so I never got to speak to anyone . Finally spoke to someone and was given a voucher to an outsourced dentist . When I saw that dentist he told me that the voucher I had wouldn’t cover what needed to be done but he would write me a dental plan and send it in to the dental hospital to get the work done that was needed ( he also advised that I call to check as the dental hospital was very unreliable at calling patients about their dental plans ) . Waited two weeks , no call so I rang in ( 95 minute wait on hold) . My records were checked and I was told that the outsourced dentist had never sent in a plan ! Call that dentist back and was told that they had a receipt for the plan they had sent in for me ! The dentist receptionist told me she would call on my behalf and sort it out ( I think my tears of frustration got to her) . She called me back to tell me that it was sorted and that someone would call me . I DID get a call back in a timely manner but decided that given the person told me it would be an 18 month wait to get the help I needed that I would use some of my super to deal with one of the issues ( I had two compromised teeth ) . Explained all this over the phone but said I wanted to investigate getting a dental implant through the service and an appointment was made for today to get that assessed . Arrive at the clinic , go in to see the dentist and was told that the service no longer does implants ! I’m sure this hadn’t changed in the two weeks between my phone call when I was booked in to be assessed for an implant and seeing the dentist today - I am so frustrated by the service well actually LACK OF SERVICE provided by this dental hospital ! I guess I will have to access more of my super and sort this out privately - “not happy Jan”

Shocking treatment given to my 5 year old Daughter...her first time at the dentist was horrible. She was spoken to rudely and placed several times into the chair by the dentist roughly. She was in tears the whole time and scared. Her next visit was at Ferny Hills where that dentist had to spend time with my child to help relieve her fears she had developed since going to Stafford.

Fantastic and professional workers. I was calmed due to anxiety issues, very friendly staff. Tooth was fixed up so good my partner couldn't tell which one it was.

Absolutely amazing.Had an anxiety attack sitting in the dental chair and I found out I was the students first mh client.I ended up getting two teeth pulled, bumped up to category one from six, had the head dentist assist, get to call the 3 dentist working on me dogs names (I work with animals and was asked where my happy place is, I said with dogs) and the head dentist sings to me.Thank you all for going that extra for me, you all need to be congratulated.

Best dentist visit I've ever had was today!!! Efficient, friendly and professional!
