MS Mobiles Repair Midland

I took my iPhone X to an Apple repairer in Midland, who charged me $60 and failed to fix it. They said I had to take it to Apple as it is a hardware problem. MS Mobiles fixed the problem in a couple of hours! We have been here several times and always happy.

Myself my partner and family and friends always go here when we have issues with our phones. Great service nothing to hard to fix and always helpful. Thank you guys again

I’ve always had good service with these guys. I had my iPhone screen replaced on Wednesday and had a screen saver put on as well. It developed a bit of a crumbly edge within a day (no I didn’t drop it, been super careful) so took it back and they replaced the protector cover with a better one for free even though I offered to pay the difference. Will continue to shop here in Midland.

Went here believing they were reliable from other reviews to replace a cracked screen, paid over $500 only for it to crack in my pocket of my shorts without making any physical contact after 12 hours. I had asked for a screen protector at the time and was told not in stock only for them to give me a screen protector upon return as 'compensation' but the cost would be over $500 again.Was then told that if there was any pixel issues they would fix it under warranty. After a month of the screen crack progressively getting worse and black out in Sections of the screen opposite of the crack I was told that they still wouldn't fix it under warranty.They either provided a faulty product or a faulty service as I take very good care of my phone and try to keep it with the OtterBox cases and screen protectors.Terrible customer service, terrible communication, went back on their word over pixel warranty, in general I believe this is a scam just to make people repeatedly fix there phones.For $500 if I knew it would break within 12 hours I would've just upgraded my phone. Do not waste your money here.
