We are a new small business trying to open an account. After submitting 2 applications online - which apparently are forwarded to the Ipswich branch - a meeting was scheduled with someone from the store.After going to the store for my scheduled appointment, the guy I was meeting wasn't there, no body else in the store new anything about my application and not a soul was interested in helping either.I guess if you're not a big company, you're not very important to have as a company. I guess I'll stick to Haymans. They may be more expensive but at least they have good customer service.

There was an issue with some items we purchased at a manufacturing level and despite it not being any fault of the team at CNW they dropped everything to get the right items to us immediately. It was definitely the kind of old school customer service you hope to find. You can find it here.
