My Mitsubishi Outlander was fixed at Detailed Body Repairs under AAMI insurance and I had an urgent request due to medical concerns. Sam and his team did a fantastic job and were so friendly to deal with, great in communicating all the updates and in the end my car was done sooner than I ever expected. Now I can drive safely to my doctors appointments with my soon to be newborn. Sam also drove my car to my home in Dee Why after the repair since I am heavily pregnancy 35 weeks. Highly recommended to everyone!

Really nice people - but you pay for what you get.We had three panels fixed (Boot Lid, Rear Bumper & Rear Door). Our car doesn't even have metallic paint so easier to manage.When I picked up the car , I started asking questions as the job looked 'average'. Sam mentioned they only painted half the panel or quarter with clear coat to make it look 'new'. You can tell it's not a decent job as surfaces within the door panel are very rough and not smooth. There was paint on the rear window & glass.This is obviously so they can cut cost and turn over a profit.They don't provide a quote or invoice - if you decide to pay for the job privately. I now know why.Encourage you to stay away from these guys and look around for a better company who manages the job in the interest of customer not company.

Sam down there is great. Great quote quick service and then when I picked up my car it was washed, vacuumed, tyre blackened, what service. It was not that bigger job to get such great service. Appreciate it Sam thanks.

Had my VW Golf recently repaired with these guys through AAMI. Excellent service, with a quick turnaround. Great quality repair work. These guys replace panels wherever possible, rather than beating/respraying them back to life like some other places.Great team, with a focus on quality work.

I recently had my Ford Falcon station wagon in at Detailed Body Repairs for some work after being run into on the passengers side.Sam was polite and helpful and they did an excellent job on the repairs and even went above and beyond and repaired a bit of rust in the lower sill , all at no extra cost ! .... I'd give them six stars if it were possible , thank you Detailed Body Repairs , great job.

I had my Jeep Wrangler fixed here under insurance, they did a fantastic job and were so friendly to deal with, the car was done sooner than I expected and I got a great walkthrough of the works completed. Highly recommended.

**Absolutely horrendous**** - take your car here at your own risk.My car has been back 3 times. They first left the head light hanging on by 1 bolt and it nearly fell off while driving. Then they forgot" to paint the under side of where the headlight goes. Inclusive of the first time they have had it that is 3 times. I spoke to Sam (the owner) about it and he told me it was from a previous accident (car has never been in an accident other then this) and hung up on me. Horrible service and horrible quality of work."

I could not recommend these guys highly enough - my car was repaired beautifully, incredibly promptly and the service was better than I've ever experienced before. 11 out of 10 as far as I'm concerned!
