We cannot recommend this business at all.We manage a store in a remote location. We paid for a display freezer, paid for delivery from Melbourne to Alice Springs, paid for delivery from Alice Springs to Community and the unit didn't work.On site refrigeration technicians concluded it was a manufacturing fault with the pipes within the walls.Factory Direct Au dropped us like a stone. They lied to us and sent a fake consignment note that wasn't recognised by their nominated transport company.Don't trust them with your money.

Great extensive selection of Appliances. Very low prices. Service Outstanding and extremely helpful.

Do not buy anything from guy. We bought a fridge all ready to plumbed in and paid for delivery. I had to help take the fridge off the truck and carry it into the house only to find that the plumbing hoses had been cut off. They said you can buy them from Bunnings and send them the receipt but when I send the receipt he said why I’m i paying for this. Avoid at all costs.

One star = NO STARS. This seller is about to get a rude shock for ripping off someone I know. They will reply to this review and pretend they do not have a record of this sale. Just like the previous review, I can verify that this seller sells second hand fridges that have used, generic filters, full of mould and waste water, but will pass them off as being scratch-and-dent floor stock. Fridges are delivered not upright in a truck, but on the floor of an old death-trap of a van. Thank goodness for the ACCC and the Police. Always buy from a reputable seller who advertises. If I have saved just one potential victim with this review, it is my absolute pleasure. UPDATE. The reply to my review is in typical, deceitful fashion. We have spoken to them several times. He promised the refund on more than one occasion, but somehow he just doesn’t seem to know how to give people THEIR money back! BEWARE!

The service is very reliable. I bought a good quality fridge with reasonable price. After I bought fridge, everytime I called them to ask questions. They responded immediately. I highly recommend the shop to you without any hesitation.

Supplied wrong cooker, arrived on broken pallet, offered $200 refund to keep the factory second they sent, repackaged at my expense & sent back but they will not refund the extra $150 freight they charged me. Company does not ever answer phone or emails & only got refund because I used PayPal. Do not deal with them even though it looks like a bargain as I don’t believe they ever had the cooker I ordered in stock so tried to get rid if an inferior unit & hoped I would go away.

Well I wish I read these reviews before purchasing. Horrible response to a fridge that doesn’t work and freezes all the food in the fridge section. Water and ice dispenser not working at all after a week and was told to clean it my self, reset couple of times and so on. Hopefully there is someone human in this company to get their fridge out of my house and refund.
