Had a leaking coolant issue and required a replacement of the oil filter housing and oil cooling unit on a VW mk6r.Did not make any booking but dropped the car on the day and was fixed and returned the very next day as promised. They did not try to convince me other unnecessary maintenance on the car and fixed the issue. They also took the time to show me the original damaged parts and explained the issue.The mechanics (I dealt with Michael and Joe) had been more than helpful and friendly.

Brought in my Civic Sedan for a logbook service. Got pushed to the head of the queue on request, then the mechanic went out of his way to check the AC filter and wipers. Good job done, will come again for any future work

This place is honestly a god send, I have a Yaris for months, MONTHS it would shake out of nowhere and just turn my car off, I went to THREE different mechanics and they couldn't find the issue, I was disheartened and out of pocket for going to three different mechanics. I decided to give Michael a go since I needed a service. Can I just say I was extremely relieved that not only does he know what the problem is but it would not cost an arm and a leg. I was actually charged more by the other mechanics for a diagnosis then to actually fix the problem (it was an o2 sensor). He fixed the problem and took the time to explain it to me and didn't treat me like an idiot because I was a woman which the other mechanics did. So for the ladies out there, go here! And anyone else, he can fix everything and is honestly the best, thank you!!!
