Used MIPC for a pre purchase inspection After looking through the report I see on the check list the pest inspectors were unable to look in the roof due to furniture obstructing roof void, but I had both Electrical and Building inspectors able to gain access into the roof void to do their inspections that same day and morning. pay good money and was probably there for 20mins, half hour max I was quite surprised for a big complex. Looked through the property myself and was a bit disappointed some things weren’t picked up or mentioned , not much effort. The building inspector was more helpful and picked up more. Again poor effort for our town, I’ve had much better detailed reports on the coast. Hopefully this review will help change that.
