I recently sold a property through Andrew, Ben and the Cunninghams crew - this powerhouse team are one of the best in the industry. Working in real estate myself, you learn to appreciate the experience from both perspectives. The team offered great advice in preparing our place for market, as such we had a great selling experience which ultimately ended with an outstanding result. It seems that Cunninghams northern beaches relies on zero effort to rent properties because it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone to ask questions. Agents listed on rentals either ignore email or text enquiries, phone calls or their office can’t answer any questions. Yes there is a rental crisis and maybe that’s why they don’t care, but what a sad thing to have a business that doesn’t rate customer service as high on the priority list.

It has been a great experience working with Chelle at Cunninghams to rent out our property at Fairlight. She is very efficient, easy to work with and she has given me some very good advices. We ended up only had to show our property for 15 minutes (while we were still living there), secured a good tenant, and rented out our property a few weeks earlier than we originally planned.I'm looking forward to working with Stefano at the Property Management team as it has been always a nice experience working with Cunninghams (we bought the property 5 years ago from Georgi at Cunninghams whom I also really enjoyed working with).I love working with competent, effective and great people:)

Cunninghams managed my Manly Vale unit for many years, every detail was attended to quickly and thoroughly across all departments. They even eventually sold it for me with a minimum of fuss and at a great sales percentage due to the fact that I had been a customer for so long.Thanks a lot Stefano, Kerri, Tina & Florence, always a pleasure.

Poor.They are trying to force a change of payment method on tenants. They have said that all payments must be through a new app (with new payment charges) or through the post office.2 work colleagues are also affected and are also annoyed, and one of which they offered to waive the additional cost by setting them to a legacy customer in their system.I'm going to keep paying the existing way as per the contract. If Cunninghams refuse to accept payments, then I think that landlords should blame Cunninghams.I know a few of people on the Sales side, and they are great.

Our experience with the Cunninghams team, in particular with Sabrina Turner has been exceptional. Mu husband and I found ourselves in a difficult situation and Sabrina has always been supportive and motivating but professional at the same time. She truly took care of us and delivered an outstanding performance which is very rarely seen these days, no matter what the industry. We highly recommend her for her kindness, her knowledge of the market in the Northern Beaches - one of the most competitive areas in Sydney - and her willingness to go well beyond the requirements of her job. She is a testament to what the industry could become if everyone focused on the human aspect of the industry and not just the profits.

Cunninghams, Balgowlah truly has a great team. I would particularly like to thank Florence Labadens for managing the purchase and sale of my property, and Stefano Castorina who managed the rental. Both, very professional, easy to talk to and switched-on.Florence was always available to answer questions and show me the property when I wanted to check on specific features which made the purchase decision easier. I recently sold the property and Florence guided me through every aspect, especially since I was overseas during the entire sale process. Discussions over conference calls, interacting with the solicitor, providing me with regular updates after open home and meetings with prospective buyers, I was always well informed and never felt any discomfort of not being physically present in the Northern Beaches, all thanks to Florence.What can I say about Stefano - he is a gem. Since the first day, Stefano has always been proactive in managing my property. He's always provided regular updates, never a delay in providing statements, clarifying any question I had and informing me about any repairs with the property that needed my attention. He replied to my queries almost instantly the same day or by the next business day. He is polite and his conduct is excellent.Both, Florence and Stefano have set a benchmark for me when it comes to providing quality service and I can only hope I get a similar experience when buying/renting/selling property in the future.

I rented an apartment in Manly through Cunninghams. I had Francine as my rental manager . Had a brilliant experience leasing an apartment with Cunninghams.
