Great radiology department on the gc, after having a bad experience being told my another radiology dept they dont do that type of scan after they booked me in amd on the day i was left to find a place that could undertake this scan. Paradise radiology was so easy to deal with. Def use them again.

The techs here are lovely and definitely make you feel comfortable, but appts do take a while to start after the allocated appointment time, and can be a bit hard to for pregnant women as a lot of scans require you to have a full bladder prior, so you’re waiting around with a painful bladder!

I was very nervous about choosing an ultrasound clinic for my pregnancy as it is my first confirmed pregnancy and I didn’t know what to expect.I chose this one based on the bundle deal. The first ultrasound technician was amazing and found my tiny baby immediately transabdominal. It was so quick and reassuring.The second ultrasound was much longer because the baby was much more developed so they check everything closely. I was surprised about the level of knowledge of the technician. She checked everything thoroughly and told me everything was looking great. It reassured many fears I had about how my pregnancy was going.The ultrasound machine is also very high quality so I got a very clear look at the baby and beautiful images.When I was leaving they gave me sample bags of very high quality products which made me feel like a real mum! I am very happy I came to this clinic and won’t want to go anywhere else ever!

The level of incompetence we experienced at this place was astonishing. I won’t go into detail here, but I would strongly urge any expectant or first scan Mothers to please stay well clear of this place

Was very well looked after, helping us with every question we asked and being very supportive! They also supply gender reveal poppers which is such a blessing and even threw in a gift bag at the end!

Best ultrasound experience so far through our pragnancy. Paradise Ultrasound is the place to go. We had multiple scans at another place I wouldn't mention the name, experience was pretty average.Lady who did our scan named Anna, she was very professional, in the meantime extremely patient too. As our little one didn't quite cooperate with the scan, Anna tried many other ways and finally got some good images.Plus the staff members at the reception were very friendly too. I would totally come back for my future scans if needed. Highly recommended.

The staff here deserve 10 stars. After being shunned off by my referred radiology due to their own error Adriana got me in the soonest appointment available for my Nuchal scan, desraught I had missed the cut off being 14 weeks. I ended up scanning under and the attention and patience by my sonographer was just what I needed after an upsetting morning. This meant so much to me, I cannot thank you all enough. You guys were just want this first time mother needed.

Receptionist are friendly and prices are great. I’ve come here for all my pregnancies but there’s one lady who usually has part of her hair coloured pink/purple or blue? does the ultrasounds she seems to be over her job I’ve had her a few times she’s really unpleasant, forget about having a friendly conversation so I just lay there and hope she hurries up and finishes what she needs to do.

I just wanted to simply say thank you for being pretty much the only medical facility that has had a warm and welcoming presence over my pregnancy journey so far . Doctors and medical receptionists included could certainly learn a lot from your staff who I believe provide the friendliest most warm service that should be a no brainer but unfortunately there’s a lot of cold service out there where I have just felt like I was a burden on their time. For me it has made my pregnancy journey more stressful and overwhelming than it needed to be so I just wanted to really thank you for making me feel so comfortable and at ease whenever I have been to your facility , I always look forward to my visits there .
