First visit to Echidna Sewing but definitely won't be my last. The store is very well laid out with ample space to get around with an extensive range of stock.Having only recently ventured into machine embroidery, I needed several items and the lovely, friendly, lady who served me could not have been more helpful. She took me around the store showing me the options available and there was not the least iota of pressure to buy anything other than what I was wanting. She then kindly took my goods to the counter whilst I browsed. Customer service at its very best!

Thank you Holly and Dan for fixing the problem with my automatic threader this morning. I phoned the problem in, spoke to Holly, who told me to come in straight away. Living close by is certainly a bonus!!Your prompt service was amazing and I am back into the sewing tasks required before Easter.

I reached out to Echidna Sewing via Facebook messenger to get help with a product I wanted to purchase after failing to hear back from a local (USA) shop. Even with the vast time difference, their response time was amazing. They were very helpful in walking me through the process. In a time when customer service across all sectors has broken down, they were so attentive and informative. I would 100% recommend them to anybody and just wish they were here in the States!

This is a top company, they are readily available to contact, go above and beyond the call of duty to help no matter what the question is. Their products are all top value, their delivery times are excellent (WA) and always a lovely little surprise in the parcel. Cannot fault them in any area, sadly too far away to be able to visit their stores to meet them in person, but if there phone help is anything to go on, a visit to the store would take up the best part of the day. Friendly, helpful, caring people selling top of the range products at an affordable price.

I had a machine in mind to purchase, called and spoke to a lovely young man. He suggested the Brother F420. I went in the next day and saw a demo and purchased it. It is amazing! Everyone at the shop was helpful and very friendly. Such a great business.

Incredible. Had our machine seize up during a run. Took it in next morning, told probably next day ( which I would have been impressed with) got a call same afternoon to be told it was fixed at what was a more than reasonable cost. Best customer service around. Amazing. Can't wait for new machine to arrive but will always get our repeat business. Thanks for doing such a great job.
