Does working here require you to have an IQ of less than 30?How hard is it to read a computer screen and place things into a bag.Even a monkey can put shapes through the correct holes.Every time I order here there is something missing.Beyond belief.

This Macca's is a new store with lots of parking, easy access and 4 disabled parking bays near the door. The restrooms were very clean as was all the tables. My only negative is meal prices.

New and very clean. Restaurant is quite compact (dining area) with a lot of the self-service screens common at Maccas these days.Plenty of parking and drive thru at rear

Can't get your order right, told me I paid for the McMuffin by itself when I asked them for the rest of my meal and made me pay for it again double charging me, you'd think they would be more on point since it's fairly new and especially being mother's Day....shame

I am really disappointed in these guys! Whether I order Ubereats or drive thru there is ALWAYS something missing from my order. Usually the toy from my Grandsons Happy Meal! I constantly complain but nothing ever changes. I think I will be going to HUNGRY JACKS from now on . Let's see if they can do better

At 11:30am today at the drive-through, I was told I could not get hotcakes- breakfast menu closed at 10:30. This MacDonald website says it's open til noon. Gee, that's odd. MacDonald has never lied to me before. At least not in the past month.

They were uninterested in serving me. I stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes ignored. I noticed that the male toilets were not very clean. My mother reported that the female and accessible toilets were likewise unhygienic.When they did finally notice me, they were polite and listened to the order; mum's order isn't hard but is non-standard, it was explained three times before two different people, but the burger was still wrong, actually so was the charge for it. The food on the whole was pretty usual fare for McDonald's, and that was the only real saving grace.I have used this maccas several times before, but this was the 1st time in-store.

Always something missing, no apologies fromyoung staff. Very bad attitude, they all need a good lesson when it comes to customer service. You’re getting paid to do a job so make sure you actually do your job properly. Terrible.

absolute rubbish mess up my food everytime gave me a sausage mcmuffin when i asked for no sausage i am VEGETARIAN gave me a iced coffee when i asked tor ice choclate always forgetting my food DO NOT GO HERE. Will be going to hungry jacks from now on your workers are absolutely stupid

By far the worst McDonalds store ever!!!!! ALWAYS getting order wrong 9 times out of 10 you ask for no pickles you get pickles! ask for your coffee extra hot you get it warm!! no the customer service from the young girls that work there during the week in the afternoon and night is shocking VERY RUDE ALL THE TIME!! they need to be FIRED !!! The ONLY person that works there and is polite/happy and friendly is a young guy named Ben that works in the drive thru in the morning ( Thanks Ben ) If there was another store closer to where I live would never got to this place again (lucky I move in 4 weeks) MANAGMENT NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE STAFF (Apart from Ben they need to promote him) VERY VERY POOR!!
