Truck wouldn't start after loading it using the tail lift. Followed instructions to the letter. Told it was our responsibility to sort out. Argued the point and they eventually sent someone to jump start the van. Lost a lot of time waiting still moving until 10pm. No apologies or discount. When the guy came to jump start it he said the battery needed replacing.

Excellent customer service, when you call this place. You get to speak to someone who actually works at the location and not a call center, which means you get an instant response. Good pricing and good condition vehicles, I would recommend this rental place in Mandurah.

All good, Trudy was excellent, explained everything to me, positive, polite and efficient and happy to have a chat in the process.having driven trucks most of my life I'm not a fan of these light, automatic trucks, which is all you get from most hire places nowadays, but it got the job done.. price wise it was good...

Hiring process was great, truck was great, but please be careful when filling up the truck's fuel tank when returning. I thought I'd filled the tank because the bowser cut off and expected my $550 bond to be returned in full. I was deducted $60 from my bond to pay for a missing" 10 litres of fuel in the tank. I'd sent an email 4 days ago to challenge this and got no response
