As a buyer of a property through McCulloch Agencies, we had a seamless experience. Last minute request to view the property Jess Slade made it happen. Then on the auction night Daniel McCulloch was very fair at the pointy end when he was acting in the interests of the vendors and negotiating with us as buyers.

Daniel M. (owner) and his employee Jessica S are selling a property in Quirindi. I drove 7 hrs straight keen to see the property with my 78yr old mother only to find Jessica S. deliberately deceived and mislead me about several things. She fails to mention the property has a commercial lease that takes up over a third of the building with possibly 3 years to go on it in her ad or to me in person on the phone despite me explaining I wanted the property vacant to live in. She new I was coming a long long way to view the property and said nothing! The ad implies the two tenanted flats have an income of $32,500 per year that is also not true, that is how much the property makes including the commercial lease. And if that wasn't bad enough when I got there and discovered the 2 main rooms of the building were actually leased for possibly another 3 years and she had failed to mention that she didn't even have the decency to apologise. I left exhausted after my 7 hour drive and furious. I tried to email Daniel M. to find out what was actually happening with the property because Jessica S could clearly not be trusted or had another agenda, but never got a reply from him. So I tried calling him and left a message but he didn't even care enough to call me back in person. The way Jessica S. treated me was disgraceful. And the way my complaint was handled just as bad. Beware of Jessica S. and McCulloch Agency they cannot be trusted.
