Leah is kind, friendly and very professional! I had a pregnancy massage done with her today. I was able to lay down on my stomach as they have a pregnancy massage table and it was amazing. I feel so relaxed after this massage. Thank you so much Leah. I will definitely come back for more massages. Just booked my next massage!Highly recommend Total body wellness to anyone needing a massage pregnant or not.

I have been going to Andrew at Total Body Wellness since my pregnancy and now postnatally. I cannot recommend Andrew enough! He can always find the painful areas and uses the perfect amount of pressure! I always leave there feeling a lot better!

I’ve been going here for years and always have a fantastic experience for remedial, cupping, needling and pregnancy. Recently I saw Andrew for a pregnancy induction massage and wow did it work! At 40 weeks I wasn’t showing any signs of going into labour yet, I had the massage on the Friday, contractions started within 24 hours and 4 hour labour later our little man was here!
