Very bad customer service from Jan , no patience or willingness to help. Definitely won’t recommend. Only advice I get is this is not what we quote or do when I ask specific questions about their product. Avoid using them.

These people are hopeless, they do not supply to trade, they supply only to electrical supplers which charge a massive mark up.ugggghAnd also extra time to go through 3rd party and cost

Defective in-line Fan, it stopped working after 2 days. It was installed by my licensed and highly trusted electrician who has proof the fan is faulty

I am an Electrician and recently installed one of your inline fans for a customer. A day later I receive a call saying it is not working. Upon returning it was realised that the fan itself was defective. Now normally the supplier should then compensate me for my time. (call out fee and an hours labour minimum charge) However after my second email to them they finally replied sayingPlease find attached our terms regarding labour charges (section 10)"I just believe this is unethical and no-one else and go out of their way to be responsible and fix Fantech Trades error.Very Dissatisfied with their services
