I requested a quote in October. They asked me to send them photos of the area which I did. Have emailed them to follow up. I believe their failure to respond in any way is rude! (They were the only company out of the 5 we contacted that did not get back to us, and the only company which asked us to take photos) We ended up going elsewhere, obviously our $6000 job was too small for them to bother with a reply. So if you are looking for a job around this price range, I'd go elsewhere!
