Absolutely fantastic business and awesome staff. We regularly board our dog here and have done training with them too. If you want a place to leave your pooch this is it.

Friendly and affordable. Dog was bloody wrecked by the time we got home

Terrible experience, they called us on Friday afternoon to tell us our lovely 10 months old is limping. We asked them to take him to vet and let us know. No one called us after vet review no email no calls, I tried to call no answer. We picked our lovely dog on Sunday morning and he was in so much pain, looked very unwell. They told us that their vet suspected curicate ligament tear and when I asked why no one called me they said we don’t know. When we asked how he injured his leg they said we don’t know ? He was in big kennel and may slipped?.We found that food we left was same and they told us he didn’t eat. We took him to emergency we found out dog lost 7 kilos and very unwell. Lucky we picked our dog otherwise he would have died in this kennel.Worst experience ever and don’t recommend, if you love your pet don’t put the pet through this horrible experience.

Never send your Best friend to these horrible people. I paid for my boy to go. They kept him an extra 10 days at no charge. REASON THEY HAD STRIPPED THE END OF HIS TAIL. This isn't what I was told. After 20 days my boy came home wagging his tail and blood when everywhere. If you catch a dog's tail in the gate you tell the owner. DON'T DO IT TO YOUR DOG

Worst dog training centre! We sent our two dogs here for a 10 day board and train, to help work with off-lead, prey drive, and distraction training. Our dogs came out exactly the same as they went in. On pick-up, we were shown on-lead training, (which they already knew and we had no trouble with), and a mock lounge-room setup, where we went through some exercises off lead, that they really didn’t do all that well at. No off lead basic training, recall, animal/prey distraction was shown. When we brought our dogs home, they showed exactly the same behaviours and we were $3000 poorer! I rang the trainer the next day explaining the dogs behaviour, and I found him dismissive and quite unhelpful. I would not recommend the board and train at this facility.

If you care about your dog at all please do not leave them here for boarding care. I arrived to pick up my dog, and noone was in the office, it says on Google 8am to 4.30 pm off ice is open, I could hear my dog screaming in the back this already made me very uneasy. I got my beloved max back with cuts and grazess on his legs like he'd been sleeping on concrete. He is not himself at all, underweight and very jumpy and startles easy. This has never been in my dogs behaviour I'm so upset I got conned by this place. I plead with anyone who cares for there animals do not use alphas boarding care i cannot stress this enough

I love Alpha Boarding Kennels! Our dogs always forget we exist the moment we turn up at Alpha, and always come home safe and sound.I have also used Alpha Boarding School which turned our boysterous Koolie into a well behaved teenager :)Highly recommend Alpha to anyone dog owner.

Obedience training: fantastic! Circle training with tone of voice training is such a great and effective method- highly rate Alpha for this.However,Boarding Kennels: POOR- do not use Alpha to care for your dog. We left our dog with Alpha for 1 week and he came home with a skin infection, cuts on his face, and underweight. When we tried to ask what went on while he was there, the Alpha worker became very defensive and extremely rude, and informed us that our pup had not been let out to play with other dogs (he is a very social dog) for his entire Stay because they were under-staffed". It was heart-breaking to pick up our pup in such a neglected state."

We have had the greatest experience with alpha and cannot recommend them highly enough for training and boarding. Our dogs have been completely different dogs in the best way since the training program and now we can communicate with them effectively and our relationship is so much stronger. The boarding has been the best experience as well and we frequently leave our dogs with them for 2 weeks to a month at a time. The people who work there are always lovely and caring towards the dogs and very friendly customer service. The team really understand dog behaviour and how to manage it. I have felt uneasy leaving my dogs at every other boarding kennel and have had bad experiences in the past - never with alpha. My mind is always at ease and I know that the dogs are being taken care of. Max and Koda (our dogs) are always so excited to turn up at alpha and always leave happy and healthy. Thank you alpha team for everything you do!

Completed AAI Therapy Dog training here over 6 days.I would have never believed that the dogs we had on Monday, were the same dogs we left with on Saturday.I could not recommend higher.
