Kids Club Child Care Rivett Centre

Chelsea, Claire, Laura & the rest of the team at Kids Club Rivett have made what is a very scary time in our lives, our baby starting daycare, such an easy and pleasant experience. Their communication is second to none, I never have to wonder what is going on with my child because they are constantly providing us with updates, they respond quickly and with great detail every time i have a query, and most importantly they love my baby and she loves going to daycare! We could not be happier with our experience of Kids Club Rivett.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about kids club and all the incredible educators and staff! My daughter has Attended for about a year now and has blossomed so beautiful with the love, support and guidances from all her educators! Em talks so highly of Selepa and gets so excited for her daycare days ❤️

Choosing a childcare for our baby was such a big decision but we knew instantly that KidsClub was the centre for us. It has such a warm and happy vibe about it and you can tell all the educators adore the kids and love what they do. Our son started at KidsClub when he was 10 months old and the transition was huge for both of us. Having not spent a day apart since he was born, I was so relieved when I first saw him with his Lead Educator, Laura. She took the time to make sure she sat with him for his first nap during orientation, and always gives him the biggest cuddle when we drop him off. Every morning we ask him if he’s going to school to see Laura and he gets the biggest smile on his face and almost runs to the door. This goes for all of the educators in Rainforest 1; just beautiful women with a clear passion for early education. We haven’t regretted our choice for a second and as corny as it sounds, know they treat him like family would and that means the world! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My daughter has had a positive journey since commencing with KidsClub Rivett a year and a half ago.Since transitioning to the “Ocean Room” (2-3 year olds) my daughters independence, creativity and curiosity has blossomed. The educators are warm hearted and foster a safe environment. Every day the children experience new engaging activities and have a huge outdoor space to play safely.An example of how exceptional Kidsclub Rivett is best highlighted when most recently I had to undergo emergency surgery - the Centre went above and beyond supporting my family. They were able to find additional days of care for my daughter at short notice and the Centre’s cook provided freshly cooked dinners to lighten the load for my husband. I will be forever thankful to the Centre for these acts of kindness. My husband and I are grateful our daughter attends such a supporting, caring and high quality daycare.

We just loved our experience here at Kids club Rivett. Jen and her team is amazing and they don't hesitate to go extra mile for providing the support and love to little ones. Would 100% recommend this centre to my family and friends.

My son has been attending kids club at Rivett for a few months now and my goodness, the amount of things he's learnt that he will tell us each day, and the confidence that he has really blossomed since starting here.I get daily reports on how he was and who he played with or what he learnt and bring that up at the dinner table.It's always such a great and reassuring thing to see. I know my son's in the best care whilst we are at work.Thank you for everything, Aedan and our family truly appreciate it

We were going to enrol our daughter after we did a tour as the centre seemed nice. When we called to enroll we were told the promotion of 1 free week we were promised had evaporated (talking to other parents we believe this promotion is actually a myth).Emily the admin staff member we spoke to (you can't speak to someone at the centre you are sending your child) was quite arrogant, officious and not accommodating at all when discussing enrolling so we decided to not enrol and will look elsewhere.If this is how they treat new enrolments I don't want to see how they deal with things day to dayKids Club is a corporate Daycare, with high staff turnover and little to no care except for your $$'s

Our boys started at Kids Club at the end of last year. We were already familiar with the centre as our daughter had attended previously however, our expectations have been well and truly exceeded! The changes that have happened in the centre over the past year have been amazing! The biggest (and best) change for us has been the communication between the centre and families. Chelsea and Hannah go above and beyond to respond and are always available to chat. I also believe they spend much more time in the classrooms and around the children and really do know your children.Our boys have adjusted so well to all the educators and we are confident that they are very happy. Laura in the Rainforest rooms has been amazing at overseeing the programs in both rainforest rooms and is so welcoming to families. Leen and Aicha have been able to develop quick relationships with our boys and we love seeing how happy they are everyday when we pick them up! We've never encountered an educator who has been unpleasant or unwelcoming during our time back at Kids Club.The way that they have responded to Covid has been proactive and open. Daycares are in such a difficult position and Kids Club Rivett has been honest and have done everything they can do to support families and children in care. I can only imagine how challenging it would be.We almost made a different choice based on our previous experience but we are so thrilled we made the decision to try again. We couldn't recommend Kids Club Rivett highly enough.

We are deeply grateful to Kids Club Rivett for their outstanding service. The staff are wonderful and caring, the kids club app is fantastic, the food is well prepared, the centre is purpose built, secure and kept clean.

Kids Club have been absolutely wonderful for my son and I. Laura and the team in Rainforest 1, are so amazingly caring and I have not once been concerned about him (even when he initially wasn’t taking a bottle). I really can’t praise them enough! I also love that when I walk in the centre, no matter who I see, they always know who I am and who my son is. I love reading the thorough observations that are done on the children's daily activities as well. It has made my transition back to work so smooth!
