Is this really the response you give someone when they ask for your shipping prices? I gave them a fair amount of information about my weights and volume, and asked for a generic shipping chart of their shipping rates.. and this is what I got. I've gotten this information before from many companies. Regardless, even if they refused to give me more information they gathered more information about my brands? Is this really the way you speak to customers? I assure you I did not send him anything that warranted this response.
