A fantastic boutique studio who cater the classes to your needs and abilities. The instructors are professional, talented and fun. I took a trial membership and then became addicted and have been going a few times a week for a year or two now. Every class is different. I could not recommend PWA highly enough. Do yourself a favour and take a class!

I've tried a few Pilates studios previously but Emma & the team are by far the best. After attending PWA classes regularly over the past year, thanks to Emma and her friendly, professional staff my bulging disc issues are improving every day. Small, controlled class sizes mean personal care & attention. Love it!

I started my fitness journey just over a year ago with Emma and her instructors and I have to say I'm so happy with the results from the reformer classes at Pilates Wellness. The reformer has shifted the weight I'd been carrying for years and completely changed my shape ! my goal was to feel confident in a swimsuit again and not only has reformer done this but overall I feel much stronger and happier and more confident .Emma's classes are challenging and with constancy you will see results in no time. If you struggle to stick to an exercise regime then give PWA a go. Small groups and skilled instructors means that you always feel like you've made the most of your time. It's FANTASTIC!!!
