I have been going to Image by laser, Brisbane North for almost 3 years now and can happily say that it provides very satisfying service and effective laiser hair removal treatment.On my araival I am welcomed by the receptionist and asked to fill out some digital documents regarding my treatment. The receptionists have always treated me with respect and have been exceptionally friendly, always happy to answer any of my questions and provide me with assistance if needed.The best part of the experience though is ofcourse my treatment. A massive THANK YOU to Zara who is truly one of the most attentive, professional and kind people I have met. For her to be performing the laiser hair removal treatment each time, makes me comfortable and confident with my decision to come to Image by laiser, Brisbane North. What I appreciate about Zara the most is her compashion and mind set of putting her self in the clients position. With effective results every session, Zara truly knows what she is doing and even if there is an issue or concern I am faced with, Zara dose everything she can to guarantee that it is resolved, in which it always is.Overall, Image By Laser, Brisbane North has given me nothing but a positive and satisfactory experience. I defently recommend, Image by laiser, Brisbane North as I truly do recive good results aswell as professional service every time and because of this, I can live a more confident and healthy life which makes me VERY happy.5 STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst experience ever, do not recommend, regret ever going in the first place. I drove over an hour for my (multiple) appts, every single time they would change my appt time and technician last minute when I was already almost there and had to wait every time to be seen. I had pre booked IPL treatments, inconsistency between sessions, painful, no results. Right after my second treatment the machine broke and they had to significantly delay my remaining appts when they were the ones to say it's important the sessions are done 4 weeks apart for best results. I decided to still give them another chance with the new machine when they said theyd start my 4 sessions over because there was such a gap right in the middle of my initial bookings. Still painful, still no results, still had a text message saying they are switching my technician and delaying my appt. I told the manager I'm not be coming back despite having more pre booked pre paid appts and I STILL get an appt confirmation this morning saying if I don't cancel within 48hrs I will be charged. Leave me alone!! I am so unimpressed with IBL Aspley, save yourself the money and trouble and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I have been a client since 2017 and I cannot speak highly enough of Jas. She is so professional and compassionate and knowledgeable in her field. Highly recommend.

I am so happy with the result after my first laser tattoo removal session. It already looks so much better. Loved talking with Nunka on the phone, she was so vibrant and friendly. Was also grateful for how professional Chris was, she explained the process fully and I felt no pressure to commit. I am excited to go back for my next session.

This is my first treatment with this studio but not my first laser tattoo treatment. I heard through word of mouth that the Aspley image by laser are amazing with tattoo removal. The person wasn’t wrong. Missy was informative and fantastic. I hardly felt the laser thanks to all her preparation. Highly recommended. I’m not at all concerned about my next appointment. In fact I’m looking forward to it.

My first time at Image By Laser was such a great experience. All the girls were lovely & great at their jobs. The laser treatment on my tattoo was so painless & well done, that I may not need another one. HIGHLY recommend A+

Amazing experience and no regrets!!I just did my first tattoo laser removal and what can I say... was fantastic! First Nanda was amazing on the phone, super friendly and very professional. Got an appointment super easily and she was very reactive. Then, I did my free consultation with Chris back in 2021, I did not purchase at first because I found another clinic where they were a lot cheaper. However, I came back to them today to do my first (initially my 5th session) and I am very happy and satisfied. Chris was very kind, gentle, super precise, communicative and professional. She made me very comfortable (whilst stressing). She explained everything, ever steps in details and she listened and answered to ALL my questions. Thanks for the amazing service to all the team and I look forward to my next appointment. I definitely recommend this clinic!

Both my daughter and I have been using this clinic for years. My hair has been completely removed, and my teenage daughter is a a maintenance stage. The girls working in Aspley clinic are lovely, professional, and very kind. We are also doing skin treatments, which have been fantastic. The prices are great as there are frequent specials and we can often get combo deals that are half price. I have already recommended this place to my friends and they are happy with treatment too.

I have had such a fun and amazing experience with the glorious team at Image by Laser at Aspley. They are a gorgeous and friendly bunch of ladies who have always made me and my family feel welcome, special and comfortable! It is the reason i keep coming back for so many years now! The hair removal has changed mine and my daughters world and I cannot thanks this team enough for that! My skin feels amazing since they introduced me to the Ocosmedic products and haven'tlooked back since. Thanks again girls, so so much!!
