Bad customer service. Off-duty staff make their own food without washing their hands, putting on gloves, hair net, wearing enclosed shoes or paying, while paying customers wait. When complained about by a customer, main manager ignored the customer and other manager made her put on gloves. Disgusting. Great place if you want some hair, fake eyelashes, germs and toe jam in your food served with a side of attitude.

The staff seem really nice and work together well, the young woman was very polite packing my order. The chips were fresh and hot, burgers were pretty good especially the bbq burger. Better than some other HJs I've visited!

I was having a really bad day and Kyle was so helpful and polite. My phone ran out of battery and I was lost/late to work. I had such a terrible morning and he was so lovely. I hope you read this Kyle! You made my day bearable. I really appreciate your help and putting me at ease. Thank you so much! Great people do exist. Really appreciate your kindness, it certainly went a long way

food was great , the burgers actually have a taste and nice selection of sauces also .. piping hot as it should be, I had a bacon deluxe burger , bacon was soft not like rubber , the fries were tasty not over oily , and I had onion rings , not as good as they look but good enough .. A++ worth a try at hungry jacks figtree .. enjoy

Sometimes the food is only just warm like it's been microwaved. The drive through customer service persons have attitude and rush you through the order it's rude it's bad customer service

Greasy and bad foodBurgers were not made properly or even packed properly. Chips were okay, and the coke was flat. They did not have the burger we wanted, which was their main advertised item. 2/10The whole place was very untidy and smelly, especially the bathrooms.Almost felt sick afterwards. Do not recommend.

Omg incompetent staff.They don't know what they are doing.Kept me waiting in drive through for over 10 min and this is not the first time.Someone needs to manage this store much better and teach staff correct procedures.Get your act together Hungry Jacks.
