My hair didn't get washed and it ended up being shorter than I wanted. The hairdresser was in the middle of doing someone else's hair when I arrived so she stopped and cut my hair then went back to the other customer. She was friendly enough and engaged in conversation well but I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I wasn't after an express cut, I would have liked the proper, full hairdressing experience.
